Responsibilities:

• Manage the licensing of premium channels and liaise with international content providers such as HBO, Cinemax, TVN, Cartoon Network and etc in areas concerning agreements and payments.
• Negotiate license fees and other contractual terms.
• Review every channel agreements to ensure it reflects the deal that was negotiated and does not include clauses our company is unwilling or unable to fulfill.
• Expedite internal memos, contract signings, payments and coordinate changes to the channel lineup with the technical, sales and marketing departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, maximum 28 years old.
• Have experience minimum 2 years in the same field (as Content Partnership or Business Development).
• Fluent in English is a MUST.
• Fluent in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• Have interest in learning a new things, easy going, team player dan good communication skill.
• Willing to travel (business trip) in or out of the country.
• Into broadcasting world (love to watch and capable to review a content).
