Qualifications :

  • S1 Psychology, max 26 years old
  • Min 3 years experience as Recruiter/Talent Acquisition/Executive Search
  • Must have knowledge in Psychological Tools and Scoring Test (have experience in Assesment Process would be advantage)
  • Computer Literacy (esp Microsoft Office) and Job Portal
  • Self driven, Can Work Well under Tight Schedule, Well Appearance and Professional


Job desk :

  • Manages the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing until onboarding
  • Doing Psychotest and assesment report to all level
  • Acting as HRBP
  • Managing administrative task (reporting, profiling, updating job portal & HRIS) and periodically make employee recruitment reports
