Responsibilities :

  • Identify potential improvement of Business Process especially for Support Function
  • Setup new/ revise business process coordinating with related function/division/units, especially for Support Function
  • Collaborate/ liase with IT Division to create or modify necessary application in order to improve, re-engineering and design business process of Support Function to be more effective, efficient and controlled risk
  • Identify findings, analyze root causes and recommend as a input for Business Process Development / Improvement
  • Participate in fraud investigations, as required.


Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university, especially industrial, technic, IT, management and accounting
  • Have minimum 1 years working experience in IT/Media/Internet/IP TV/Telco/Retail industry and minimum 3 years experience as a Business Process/Policy & Procedures/Quality/IT Auditor/Operations
  • Fast learning, good analytical skill & good presentation skill
